Australian Customs? I was aware the package would be opened by customs as its tea I was having sent in, however I did not expect to recieve the teapot with strainer and lid shattered into thousands of peices. Nearly sliced my hand open when I opened the package (only got some minor cuts thankfully) & I'm pretty peeved that my goods were treated so poorly is there anything I can do about this?
