i bought what i thought was heroin, but idk if its real?

so i bought what i thought/think is heroin from a buddy, i spent 40 bucks on a bindle, its my forst time ever trying it so i dont know what to expect, when he gave me the stash it came in a balloon, and i opened the balloon, it was a white powder that was folded up in paper and the paper said "H #004"
does it seem legit??
