I brought a "Bluetooth USB Adaptor". How do I send things from my computer...

...to my mobile? I brought a Bluetooth USB Adaptor from my local T-Mobile shop. I've installed it (BlueSoleil) and it runs fine and everything. I've figured out how to send things from my mobile to computer, but can't find out how to send files to my mobile (like music).
 
It's pretty easy. If I remember correctly, you need to open Bluesoliel, make sure ur connected with ur phone and go on File-send or just Send at the toolbar at the top. Then you just select the file and away you go!

P.s You havn't 'Brought' it from Tmobile, you Bought it.
