So I added the family allowance to my t mobile account so that i will not be aloud to make phone calls to anyone when my minutes are up. However i should still be able to call and receive calls from other t mobile users and the people on my favorite 5. But for some reason when i was talking with my friend which he is on my favorite 5 (lives in Florida) it hung up. I attempted to call back but it could not be complete because it said i had reached my limit. Shouldn't i still be able to talk to him?
