Hello. I have Ubuntu 12.10. I have had it installed for about 4-5 months now. I have not used it in quite a while, so I decided to get on. I program in C++, so I needed a compiler. I opened the software center and looked for a compiler. I cannot download anything. This is what is happening with all the software I try to download:

There is no "Download" button present like there usually is.
Litteraly on every single app this is happening. I have tried updating the software center and restarting. Still no luck. I then tried to install some applications through the terminal, and it said check my internet connection and that the packets could not be found. My internet connection is 100% perfect right now. Otherwise I would not be posting this question. Help me please! Thank you!
