IPhone. How can I fix this problem? at most times it happens. resolution (which i don't think is really good) restart phone, then initiate the call to the person who wants to call you up. not good at emergency cases. however is weird because text messages comes in..

well this depends... if you just ported your number over to the company (brought your number from a different carrier) then its normal & will fix its self in a day or two when the port completes... if you didnt then you may want to try turning your phone off & removing the battery for 10 seconds & replacing it & trying again or updating your prl (perfered roaming list) in which ever manner your carrier uses.. If all esle fails call customer service have them check your software version & if you need and update get one if not then talk to tech support & see about a replacement ... good luck
