i cant find my webcam anywhere?

i recently had to replace my hardrive because it crashed from a virus. This girl fixed my computer and basically put it back to factory settings. I CANT FIND MY WEBCAM ANYWHERE. usually it pops up when i start it. and now i cant find it ANYWHERE on my computer. THIS GIRL WONT EVEN LIKE FIND IT FOR ME? how can i find it?
 
She probably stole it to become a webcam model.
 
If she returned the computer back to the factory settings, you may have to reinstall your webcams installation disc.
