Not to watch but liek overviews and what thecover looks like heres the name of it and it is a scary horror film

Killer Clown-This is the true story of John Wayne Gacy a well known serial killer who would kill children in a clown suit
 
There has only been one movie made regarding J.W.G. GACY was made in 2003. It's the only one. What you may have seen was a documentary. Or a movie that was called KILLER CLOWN base very loosely on his killings. Or…maybe you're talking about Killer Klowns From Outer Space which has NOTHING to do with him at all.
