I can't seem to download torrents anymore.?

Everytime I select and open a torrent, my computer says: "Windows cannot open this file". It says I don't have a program that can open it. So it offers me to browse for one on my computer or on the net. But I have uTorrent and have been using it for years. I uninstalled uTorrent and installed it again, but still nothing. Also, I have tried 3 different torrents on 3 different sites.

Plus, Google tells me nothing lol. Thoughts?
I just went into properties and located uTorrent, so it's the default program that opens my torrents and when I double click it, nothing happens...

The window just closes and the only options I can select from are Explorer, Adobe, Word and a few other useless ones...
Time for a new computer? lol
 
Right click on the .torrent file and change it's properties so that it opens with uTorrent.
 
Not very sure on this. Though try browsing for utorrent. For me sometimes this happens and when I have to browse for the program I do, ounce that's done it automatically picks that as the default program to run.
 
Maybe reinstalling the newest Utorrent will help... i 1000% wouldn't get a new PC cause of this issue.

selecting torrent files to open in UTorrent SHOULD be the fast and quickest way to fix this though
