I can't sleep because of this spider dream? ?

I went to sleep tonight at 1 and all of a sudden I dreamt about this spider shape and I woke up an hour later and freaked out. I
dreamt a spider was in my bed or something
because as soon as I woke up I was scared
so I jumped up and ripped all the covers off
my bed. I'm just confused if it was a dream
or I actually saw one. I'm not usually effected by nightmares, but I am afraid of spiders. I guess I'm just awake ad can't go back to sleep thinking there's something crawling I'n my bed, even though I checked. Whether I saw one or not I am upset and can't sleep :(

Why did I wake up?

That's happened to me before! I think its because your not in a deep deep sleep so things seems so! real. Idk if thats actually what it is but thats what it feels like with me. And when i wake up it still takes me a while to be like "Okay, It was a DREAM...Thats All" Lol.

Defiantly Done There Before!

It's possible that you felt something on you. It could have been a bug you didn't find or the blanket. That has happened to me before. Most likely you felt something while you were sleeping. :)
