I can't update firmware on my nokia 5800 xpressmusic?

My current firmware version is 31.0.101.276.04. I tried updating through nokia software updater on my pc, it did not find any updates. I'm looking for the latest one, I think it's 40.xx something. I also tried updating through the phone using its WLAN but still it can't find the latest update. I found this site offering separate download for the update: http://www.a2phone.com/nokia-5800-xpressmusic-rm-356-emea-40-0-005-v12-0. Not sure how to install it though. Please I'm really jealous of the performance of people who has updated their nokia 5800 xpressmusic to FW version 40.xx.
