I can't use the security feature on my Nokia 6301. Help!!?

I've searched online and it says that the security default code is just 12345 but when I enter it in, it keeps saying "Code Error." & I don't think I've ever changed the code. Same with the pin numbers. Somebody tell me how I can fix this?!
