i cnt use my iphone!! help me !!! ?

i plugged my iphone into the pc
then it said download or update and download
i clicked update and download then it said it didnt work
i unplugged the phone and it stopped workin
it was stuck on a strange pic i dont know were it came from
then i plugged it into another computer and the picture went away but now i cann only make emergancy calls
i dont know what to do
help!!!

If you just bought it and its under a certain amount of days(say 36), then at&t will replace it with a new one. Or if you bought the warranty then apple will replace it. They will only not replace it if theres water damage. I also suggest that you call either at&t or apple and they would probably walk you through the steps to fix it if thats possible.
