I currently have the motorola razr2 v9 and there's smth wrong with the charging?

The charging port on my phone is either spoiling or the charger itself is. I doubt it is the charger though, as the same thing happens when i charge it through my computer usb cable. Is the charging port on my phone screwed? If so, do i have to replace the enitre handset or can it be repaired?
