so iv been going out with my boyfriend for about 2 months. he asked me out because, well i dont know why, we got drink and fooled around next thing i know he asked me out and im kinda like eh, what the heck why not. but i dont know. hes amazing and sweet, and a gentlemen, which is the main reason i said yes. but there's no spark? like we hang out and play video games and have sex. and i love that, but it feels more like a friend thing. i feel like giving it a shot but it really feels like friends. and not even best friends. no long conversations nothing. and if i should break up when? cause his birthdays like really soon.

I was all for giving the relationship a shot until you mentioned the lack of in-depth conversation. In my opinion, that's a must. I have been with my husband for almost 11 years, and have serious health issues, so sex is often off the table, but our mental and emotional connection has kept us together very happily for all this time. No matter where we are or how seemingly mundane the activity we are doing is, we laugh, debate, and engage each other. If you don't have that connection, break if off. Just do it no closer than 1 week before or after his birthday.
