My accountant told me I could expect a tax refund however I have received a tax bill. I do not believe my accountant is a chartered accountant but he will not answer my correspondance even when I send this by Recorded Delivery. Even though I have paid him for doing my tax returns. So can anyone advise who I should complain to about him refusing to answer my correspondance ?
