Apparently the new girl got sacked from her last job for stealing, although the manager there gave her a good reference. Should I make the other girls aware of this? Just to be a bit wary? Apparently the manager told her good friend about The new girl, who told another girl who worked with us.. again, I don't like to buy into rumours but if this is true, it could affect us all. What should I do?
