I downloaded a torrent, it was downloading then suddenly stopped, what can i do?

I was downloading a tv series through Bitlord. It's reached 20% but now just stopped and everytime i go on bitlord and click 'Start' it will just stay on the 'connecting' stage.

Is there anything i can do to carry this torrent downloading?
