I drove an SUV in 4 wheel drive low accidentally on freeway. I could not

What the heck! Well idk about your car, but if I was in my truck and did that, 4x4 low! that would cause some serious rpms! I go 15 and its at 3500

disengage it. Will this damage car?
I probably drove it 30 to 40 mph.
