I eat healthy. I exercise and lift weights 4-5 times a week. Why am I gaining weight?

Is it muscle mass or am I not doing the right thing? How do I know if its muscle? I limit myself to one sweet thing a day, and I am very active. Please help me!
 
Probably muscle. Look at yourself in the mirror, do you look pudgier or firmer? If you look like you've gained weight, it's probably fat. If not, don't worry about it. It sounds like you should be gaining muscle, which is a good thing! =]
