I feel guilty of how I treat my little brothers?

Long story short, I have two little brothers who are 10 and 8 and the make me SO mad. They get everything they want and can act out and dont change there clothes etc, ect. It embarasses me that the act that way in public, and at home to and makes me feel shame for my family. Sometimes, when I have had it, I break and scream and tell them I hate them. Afterwards I feel so bad! What to do?
