I never ate much but for about 2 months now i start eating almost nothing because every time i eat i start feeling really sick and get stomach ache and headache. So I thought maybe I should drink more but the same effect. People I see are telling me i have to eat more because my arms/hands ar shaking really bad and everything. What to do?
I feel hungry and i 'want' to eat. But as soon as i start eating i feel full and sick and get stomach- + headache.
Since I am wether underweight nor afraid of becoming fat I didnt think I got a eating disorder or something but I dont know...
