I feel VERY spacey most of the time? What is wrong with me?

Most of the time I feel very spacey, like I have no thoughts and my head is completely blank. Its exactly like im really stoned (ex: no balance, forgetful, sleepy, hyper, blank head, stupid)
What is wrong with me?!?
