I fell off my bike, my nail is barely on...what should i do?

i fell off my bike, and i have acrylic nails on, and when i fell off i stopped my head from banging on the cement with my hand.
my WHOLE nail is barely hanging on. this happened yesterday, and the blood is making my nail connected. but it wiggles. ow, it hurts! help please?
