May you need to try it again. You can check out the master reset code at Ihav.net which provides the unlocking codes very quickly. If it doesnt work again then you need to contact your service provider.

Try default security codes like 0000 or 12345 or get Master reset tool from any of the providers like Unlocking4free.com to reset your Nokia 3120 .
