i forgot the password of my nokia E5 , and then i formatted the phone?

, after formatting it says the available memory is 485 MB , originally it was 2 GB card , i have lost all the data in d memory card it is empty and still it is showing less memory than its original size , plz help me what to do , i m sooo worried
