I found a 03 Mitsubishi Eclipse at a small dealer but havent asked about it yet?

and cant remember if its the RS or GS model. it has minor things wrong like 2 rusted brake pads and a small crack in the rear bumper. i only have about 3800 to spend and was wondering if i could get it for around that price. i KBB it and suggested retail value was between 5500 RS and 6100 GS. but that's for excellent condition. i would put this in the Good condition category personally. and it was around 4200 at private party value. would i have a shot at getting it?
