I found this Gadget for Price Comparision to add to my Toolbar, Is it Safe?

I want to add them to my toolbars to help me compare prices quickly, i checked the company that supplies the ToolBar "conduit". they have over 100 Million Users...

Should it be ok , or will it messup my computer or slow it down?
