I get the odd pins and needles sensation in my face and have really cold hands?

the sensation in my face is like pin pricks on random areas on my face and as for my hands, one can be cold and one can be warm or both cold. Is there anything i can do? I have a heart murmur could this be anything got to do with it? ITs recking my head!
