I got $7000 to spend on a sedan...?

I'm in college, and I have a big of money to spend on a car. I would like a sedan because of the gas mileage and I like the way they drive, but not sure which would be a good one to get. I want to get one that looks good, in other words, one that looks the most up to date, and I dont want to get one that is before 2003. From your knowledge or experience, do you have any idea of what car would be right for me?
