i got a hamster named houdini about 2 weeks ago you mite have seen some of my other questions concerning him but, i wanted to no why he doesnt move? i mean he moves yeah he gets food water but he stays in one place for a very long period for example his little sleeping corner where he comfortoble sleeps he just sits there grooms himself for about a minute then sits there for hours beyond end if you put him on this little climber thing in his cage he will just run in his little house (cage came with ramp and house) and sit there for a full 6 hours and poop like 20 drops the pet shop lady said he was fairly young a teen and that he would live with me quite long hes teddy bear doesnt bite unless you stick your finger infront of his face (he will think its a toy or food) and not aggresive at all he runs when i pick him up but get calmer once hes in my hands any explanation for houdinis strange behavor or is it just a hamster being itself???
