It came with a few pictures on it from the giver. I followed all instructions and added a few more. Then, I wanted to add even more and I can't do it. It keeps telling me to plug into a port when it already is plugged. The display on the screen itself says the buttons are temporarily unavailable. And there is no live tech support available. Any suggestions?
