I dont know if you've heard of the grouse grind in vancouver BC.
But today was my first time as an adult (22) going up it. I wanted to do good, I wanted to get a good time. I ended up getting really tired going up the stairs, I actually expected myself to be jogging lightly up but that would be insane.
I had to walk up and by the time I got to halfway I was seriously so tired, every time I lift my leg I had to put effort, I didnt take any breaks going up but I expected to do a lot better.
My time was 1 hour 2 minutes.
I want to get to at least 30 minutes. Ive never been an athelete but I take cardio seriously, do you think I should keep trying? Will I get better?
