i got the message i sent to my friend on facebook.com myself.why did this happened?

i sent a message to my friend on facebook from my facebook account and immediately i received that
message my self.what happened?
did the person get my message or not?

check if it says your name on the message adress. if you see it then you have sent it to your self if not then your friend might have ignored your message and wansnt bothered to reply.
