I got tickets to a meet and greet for a concert what time should i be there at?

Like a half hour b4 or will the tickets tell me? never got meet and greet passes b4 like totally nervous lol but i know there just like us but still nervous.It starts at 7:30 by the way.
Like i don't if it is b4 or after but most likely b4 because i went to a concert once when i didn't have them and they let meet and greeters go first and we had to wait 20 minutes latter to go in,.
I am not meeting a band i am meeting a solo artist.
 
I had meet and greet tickets before...I won them off a radio station and they told us what time to be there..I think it was like a hour before...but let me tell you, the meet and greet is not what you expect it to be...it was like 10 minutes, only half of the band was there, other people with meet and greet tickets were there and really it was pretty lame.
