...hitting me with the door. What can I do? A co worker who is basically rude amd patronizing to me had gone too far. This evening at work when I asked him what he did with some documents (he lost them) he screamed obscenities at me and rushed me and slammed a door against my side and pushed me out into a hallway. Should he be fired? I documented it and gave it to a manager. This man is extremely homophobic and has tried to engage other coworkers in negative discussions about me. Any suggestions?
