She asked lots of questions and decided how much I should do of each. Since before the gym, I wasn't very active, it was difficult to get started. Now everything is fine except the treadmill. She wants me to use it for 25 mins. 3 Minutes of jogging, then 3 minutes of a slower type of jogging, and repeat that. The only thing is, I CANT! I don't have the energy in my legs. My breath is fine, but my legs just feel like jellow and feel like collapsing. I mean, Im trying very hard, but I just don't think I can do 25 mins of intense cardio aswell as the other cardio machines. I can do around 15-18 minutes. Is this still okay for weight loss if Im using the cross something machine for 12 minutes?
I weigh 95 kilograms, some is muscle some is fat. Trying to get rid of the fat.
