My black molly had her fry a while back. I put her back in the tank as soon as she started nipping at her babies (I had her in a birthing thing), and apparently she wasn't done, she had some births in the tank.
All of the babies I've caught out of the tank and in the nursery are all black like their mother. There's only one of the babies I' haven't been able to catch, but he's not black! Is it possible for her to have fifteen black babies and ONE dalmatian looking baby?
I have another possibility. I had another pregnant dalmatian mother but she died before having her fry (and I'm not sure why). Is it possible she had the baby before she died? I'm just really confused about where this baby came from. Haha.
