I had a VERY strange dream that i need help figuring out !!?

Ok i had a dream that me and a couple of people were in battle im not sure with but i do remember they had us all captured earlier so anyways my boyfriend shows up and with more guns so we could fight well we were winning but when he was standing out in the open shooting he got shot and i sorta went in slow motion and he fell out of sight and i screamed his name and ran over to see where he was at but i couldnt find his body, And after we won the battle i looked and looked and all i could see was his blood and not the body...... Could anybody help me figure this dream out??
 
I had a recurring dream where I was kidnapped. The dream kept bugging me till the fifth grade until I learned that you decide you can do in your dream land. I killed the kidnappers of course.

Anyway, when you saw his blood but not his body, its obvious that he already left the battle before it was won because he saw that it was already a no contest and it was in your favor. I guess he wanted to play the mysterious outcast type like in that last Rambo movie.
