i had sex yesterday and feel pregnant today,is that possible?

my period was a week ago and had sex. but right after sex i felt like i was pregnant.mother of 2

some women say they feel something "different" after conception but that takes 72 hours of sex.
 
No- it takes at least a day or so for the sperm to travel up into the uterus to reach the egg, so there is no way. You are probably just wishing for it to be so. And it that case, maybe it will happen. But you have to wait a few more weeks to find out. Good luck
