i'm a teenager and i totally hate my fat stomach and arms and i'd love to get slim and fit for summer. i'm about 5 ft 4 or 5 and weigh round about 64 kg. i have very little confidence and hate showing off my arms in certain tops and very upset about my stomach, it's not massive, but it's chubby and wobbly.
i REALLY hate sit - ups and have no patience for them as people say u cannot get rid of the layer of fat with sit-ups ? i'm so confused because of hearing so much about DIETS. please help i'm a confused teen and struggling a lot with my confidence. i can manage to eat well but get annoyed after a while if i cant boost my cravings with chocolate and sweets but then feel fat and horrible afterwards. i need exercise tips too?? please, please help me xxx
