i have 5 little pimples on my boobs..i need to get rid of them till tomrw HELP!?

so i have had clear skin on my chest until today! i found about 5 little pimples on my chest...and i really wanted to wear this shirt for school tomrw and its kind of reaveling..but i dont want those unatractive pimples..i neeeed to get rid of them by tomrw what do i do?!?!?!
