I have a 07 hyundai tiburon, turn signals wont blink, but the bulb is fine.?

hey i own a 07 tibby, and for some reason, i'm having some problems with the left parking light which is also my left turn signal. The left turn signal doesn't blink when i signal left, the light just stays solid, and when i lock my car the parking lights should blink twice but for some reason the left one dosen't but the right one does. i checked the bulb and tried checking all the wires and everything seemed fine from what i can see. But the weird thing is that when i turn on my lights normally, everything turns on fine.

i hope that made sense? lol
 
You have a burned out bulb on the left rear.

The left front stays on solid.

Change the left rear bulb.
