I have a 1986 jeep cj-7 with a steering issue. it wonders with play in the wheel.?

what will cause this? how do i fix this? oh and fyi its power steering and i have 35in tires on the jeep

I had one that did the same thing and so did a friend of mine as far as I know it is the way they are made. I never found a way to fix mine.
