What shift linkage should i have? I have the b16 shift linkage and i have alot of grinds in almost every gear. sometimes it gives me trouble putting it into first also. it makes me hard to imagine the transmission's synchros are bad because it grinds in upper rpms in every gear. It wont grind in normal driving though. any answers would be appreciated. thanks
