i have a 1991 toyota 4 runner and i cant figure out how to get the back

seats to lift up.help im going nuts? im the second owner and the original owner past away and im getting bikes for my kids but i need the back seat to go completly down but cant figure out how to get the bench seat up to get the back seat completly down. HELLLLLLLLP
 
check the owners manual or there should be a catch either at the top if the seat or at the side you pull up to release.
