the clutch pedal is really loose.? I also can't go into and gear. It's manual of course.
 
You didn't check the clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder first? Check their boots for fluid and replace the slave if leaking and do them both if the master is bad.
Did you get the release bearing fork back on correctly?
