When did you sign up for your 2 yr contract? I think if it has been within 30 (may be a lil less, not so sure) you can call customer service by dialing *2 on your celly and tell them you want to exchange phone to Instinct. If you are well into your contract, your are either going to have to pay the full retail amount or wait til you can perform an upgrade which is normally 2 months prior to your contract end date.
