It can be several things, the fuel pump being only one of them. Sometimes, this being one of them, it is best to have it diagnosed to find out what the problem really is. You could spend thousands throwing parts at it trying to save a hundred in diagnostic time... and it may be a cheap fix, you never know. Best of luck.
