I have a 2000 f150 extend cab XLT and one of the rear doors will not open?

The door just one day stopped opening if you pull the handle to open it .. it will come out a little and will not open completely aka not come off the latch is there anyway i can fix this i cant really open it up without takeing the door panel off and i cant really take it off if its closed
